Are there any hidden fees on top of the listed price?
No. The per-generation price on this page is exactly what leaves your balance, down to the cent — it already covers hosting, moderation, CDN delivery and support. There is no separate platform fee, egress charge, or minimum spend.
Do you offer discounts for volume?
Yes. Past roughly $2,000/month in spend, bulk discounts kick in automatically. For larger commitments, the Enterprise plan adds negotiated rates and custom billing — talk to sales.
Can prices change?
They can, but never without warning: we email you at least 14 days before any increase takes effect, and price drops apply immediately. Generations already in flight are always billed at the rate quoted when you submitted them.
Can I migrate from self-serve to Enterprise later?
Any time. Your API keys, integrations, and usage history carry over untouched — Enterprise only changes your rates, limits, and support level.
How do I pay?
Top up your balance with a card or crypto, and every API call draws from it. Optional auto top-up keeps your balance from running dry in production.
Does my balance expire?
Never. Funds stay on your balance until you use them, whether that's tomorrow or in two years.
